1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. Madernest is dedicated to providing accurate and detailed descriptions of our artisan-crafted furniture. However, due to the unique nature of natural wood and handmade processes, certain variations are inherent:

• Accuracy of Descriptions: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing information on our Site are accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Madernest itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition as per our Returns & Refunds policy.
• Natural Variations: Our furniture is "Rooted in Wood," meaning each piece will have unique grain patterns, knots, and color variations. These are natural characteristics of solid wood and are not considered defects. Digital images may also display colors differently depending on your monitor settings.
• Availability: All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to display accurate stock levels, certain items, especially "Made-to-Nest" custom pieces, may have lead times. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
• Modifications to Products and Prices: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Order Acceptance

• Pricing: All prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling charges, which will be added to your total at checkout.

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.

If we cancel an order after you have already been billed, we will refund the full amount.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Our commitment to "Designed for Living" extends to ensuring your furniture arrives safely and efficiently:

• Delivery Estimates: We provide estimated delivery times for each product. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as manufacturing delays, shipping carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. These charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.
• Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Madernest are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
• Inspection Upon Delivery: It is your responsibility to inspect all items upon delivery. If you notice any damage or discrepancies, please make a note on the delivery receipt and contact our customer service immediately (within 24-48 hours) with photographic evidence. Failure to do so may affect your ability to claim for damages.
• Delivery Access: You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible for our delivery partners and that the furniture can fit through doorways, stairwells, and elevators. Additional charges may apply for complex delivery situations or redelivery attempts.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Madernest furniture. Our returns and refunds policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

• Eligibility: You may return most new, unused items within [e.g., 14] days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Custom "Made-to-Nest" orders are generally non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with instructions and a return authorization. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
